@SomeThingGoneWrong1 Well, you actually need to learn that sort of jargon to comprehend how it works. It’s actually very basic and common terms that you should be familiar of.
@gunzkillu well its an immune disorder which is when your immune system is attacking you and in this disease you have its attacking your bones so you need to go visit the doc.
how the specific antibodies IgM and IgD are produced?, are they produced as a result of B cell proliferation because of which IgE,IgD and IgA are formed after it has encountered an antigen or as they appear on B cell in pre B cell stage and they just detach from the surface of B cell and start functioning as independent antibody (igM antibody has 5 epitopes in free state and presents only 1 epitope when bound with B cell), am quite confused that how free IgM and IgD are produced?
SIMPLE, OMEGA XL, it’s natural mussel oil from new zealand, NOT fish oil. It has the purest antioxidant and the strongest potency of EPA and DHA that will regulate your blood cell and keep the inflammation away, that is causing the arthritis. It’s not a drug, it’s a neutraceutical, you can’t overdose on it. IT WILL TAKE AWAY YOUR PAIN buddy! I take it and so those my entire family.
hi, has far as i kown, once the B-cell leave the node, in the Blood circulation it (once again) goes through gene rearrangement, and turn into IgM and IgD, don’t kown why! but the 2nd question i will go and ask my teacher , i want to kown as will
@afshinkiyani : Thelper cells bind Ag-CMH-II molecule –> on APC cells like macrophages who have already eaten a microorganism, thus presenting Ag proteins on their membrane. When linked to it, APC produces IL-1 which activates Th, who then produces IL-2 and other cytokines, making itself reproduce into mature cells, activates other macrophages, Tc cells and B cells.

Well there are 5 types of antibody, two of which act as receptors as opposed to the secreted floaty-about type which are produced to neutralise/opsonize pathogens, but you wont have heard of that if you’re in high school etc.
The five types of antibody i mentioned are actually Classes of antibody – as in each class has a different shape. The one you probably know of is Y shaped and floats around in serum, known as IgG (immunoglobulin G), but the other classes are different shapes and do different things like acting as receptors to the cell theyre on.
these other classes are also antigen specific, but receptor-type antibody works to active the cell its on instead of neutralising the pathogen
If you suffer from Autoimmune Disease and Chronic Pain and come from an Rh-Negative Family Backround, please learn about the HLA-B27 Genetic Marker at RhNegativeRegistry (dot) com
@orangecitys fail plasma cells and b-cells are 2 types or not? (actually there is also a intermediate stage called plasmablast but is not considered here)
If you guys really wanna beef up your immune system, you should try this juice I’m drinking!
It gives your white blood cells a coat of armour & a machine gun!
Just go to juiceberg’s channel & ask them about it!

T-cells make antibodies however this takes up to 3 weeks according to studies on yersinia pestis studies

How does the body figure out which antibodies to make? Does it keep trying different antibodies until it finds one that works on the invading disease?

@U91H3D actually its B-Cells, T-cells send the message to the B-cells to make antibodies

@orangecitys The actual plasma cells that arise after clonal selection secrete the antibodies. The info is good.

@orangecitys
thats surface bound antibody which acts as a receptor, not a secreted one

This is correct re secreted antibody production
