hey my question yes, i did the test. i had no spirals water was clear but what if the some spit stays on the top itself, it hadnt gone down or dissolved? thank you

The “spit test” was invented by ThreeLac and they don’t even explain how it works. Nearly everybody shows up positive because mucous is heavier than water. This test is infamous for not only showing false positives but, more dangerously, FALSE NEGATIVES. You are better off forking over the money to have an antibody test done on your blood/saliva by a reputable lab which is more accurate than the at-home spit test.

i did the test and spit out a tape worm; then he told me that he had the candida covered so i think im ok but then he suggested to me not to eat such spicey foods. I told him he isnt the boss of me, then i ate him.

Utter rubbish! There’s not a hope such a ridiculous activity is a replacement for laboratory analysis by a trained professional. You people are pretty gullible!

could that be just a more mucousy spit, e.g. maybe one eats more mucus forming food like dairy/meat and another person doesn’t. How do we know this is the Candida albicans? If it works least its cheap and something you can do everyday without harming yourself without harm.

This is the most quaky thing I have ever heard….I’d put more trust into the drunk at the Greyhound Station.

In response to anyone saying that they had a laboratory test from their doctor that was negative of candida. The ONLY medical laboratory test that works is Live Cell Dark Field Microcopy, in which a more high-powered microscope is used. You will KNOW if you have a Candida imbalance, because it itches and it burns! It’s not something that is found in people who feel great. In your digestive system: it hurts to digest food. You will have obvious symptoms after eating sugar, fruit, or anything.
